Ms. Branch understands that successfully managing relationships in the workplace is one of the most important keys to career success. During her years as a human resources executive she noticed one of the main reasons people were leaving their jobs was to get away from a difficult boss or difficult co-workers. The unfortunate reality is these same types of people are in every workplace, so running away is often futile. Ms. Branch decided to bring the tools and techniques she helps her clients employ through her practice to as many as she could with the release of her new book The Drama-Free Workweek.
